Grading, Drainage, and Paving County : Watauga Contractors must be pre-qualified with NCDOT as Bidder or PO Prime Contractor prior to bidding on this project A Bid Bond or Bid Deposit in the Amount of 5% of the Total Amount Bid Will Be Required. the Bidder Shall Submit an Electronic Bid Bond With Each Electronic Bid Submittal Unless He Elects to Furnish a Bid Deposit Within 14 Calendar Days After Notice of Award is Received, the Successful Bidder Shall Submit a Fully Executed Execution of Contract, Noncollusion Certification, Debarment Certification and Gift Ban Certification Signature Sheet.
