Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Town or its Architect/Engineer, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials listed in scope of work, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the Library Paving & concrete sidewalks Project, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The said Documents, Specifications, Drawings and any supplemental general conditions are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement. The Bidder hereby agrees to commence work on or before the date to be specified in written Notice to Proceed" of the Town, and to fully complete the project contract work by substantial completion of September 1.
