Galena Park Independent School District (GPISD) is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP 24-205) for North Shore Senior High School Foundation and Plumbing Repairs (GPISD Project L210). The scope of work includes foundation repair in a partial area at NSSH, work includes but not limited to minor demolition, leveling of the building slab, installing new flooring, repair/patch cracks in the walls and provide root barriers at existing trees. Question Deadline 04/03/2024 at 5:00 PM CT A Proposal Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount is required. GPISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, the right to negotiate with any proposers after submission of proposals, and at its discretion, may waive any formalities or minor irregularities regarding the proposals. Notice to Proceed May 27, 2024 Substantial Completion July 31, 2024 Final Completion August 31, 2024
