City of El Monte is hereby soliciting Statements of Qualifications and a separate Hourly Rate Fee Schedules from qualified Consultants for On-Call Construction Management/Inspections Services for the purpose of establishing an annual contract for On-Call Services. It is the intent of the City to establish an annual contract for On-Call Services with the option of extending it annually. The engagement is anticipated to have a duration up to three (3) Years commencing by July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2027 with two (2) additional fiscal one-year optional terms. The engagement term may be subject to change at the City's sole and absolute discretion.
