The Port Chester Housing Authority Invites Sealed Bids From Contractors For Kitchen Replacements. The Project Consists Of The Renovation Of 46 Kitchens Including Removal And Disposal Of Existing Kitchens; Installation Of New Kitchen Cabinets, Post Form Counters, Sinks, Faucets, Appliances And Associated Work. Furnish And Install New Vinyl Plank Flooring And Base. Prep And Paint Kitchens At 45 Traverse Avenue, Port Chester, Ny. Bids Shall Be Accompanied By A Bid Deposit That Is Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) Of The Greatest Possible Bid Amount. The Contract Includes $250/day Liquidated Damages. All Bidders Must Be Regularly Engaged In The Business Of The Item That He Bids Upon. Each Bidder Must Have Adequate Personnel, Equipment, Materials, Plant Capacity And/or Delivery Capacity To Properly Execute The Item That He Bids.
