This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (the "LCBO") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Roof Inspections and Preventative Maintenance Services of new and existing Roofs at various LCBO Service Locations throughout Ontario (the "Program"), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The intent of this RFP is to select one (1) qualified proponent (as outlined in Appendix B) with a minimum of ten (10) years demonstrated experience in commercial and industrial roofing systems to provide regular scheduled Inspections and Preventative Maintenance Services on an as required basis at various LCBO service locations as outlined in this RFP. The selected proponent shall ensure that all personnel assigned to the Program to perform the Inspections and Preventative Maintenance Services have a minimum of five (5) years' experience providing similar services as outlined in this RFP. The selected proponent will be expected to satisfy the deliverables (Appendix B) along with the requirements outlined in this RFP. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, commencing on a date to be determined by the LCBO, with an option to extend the Agreement at the sole discretion of the LCBO, on the same terms and conditions, for an additional term of up to three (3) separate one (1) year optional terms.
