Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chandler, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Union Pacific Railroad (UPPR)/Willis Road improvements are to widen the railway crossing to collector roadway standards, including curb & gutter, sidewalk, signage, and pavement markings. This project requires the relocation/undergrounding of adjacent SRP irrigation facilities and will include coordination with UPRR and SRP throughout design. These improvements will match the recently constructed frontage improvements by the adjacent developers As of September 5, 2024, this project is included in the City of Chandler's FY 2025-2034 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed.
