Annual Maintenance & Repair contract on the Crestron Smart board system at ICRE-Roosevelt. Contract period is for 3 years. Replace/Repair damaged components of the Crestron system to restore functionality in the ICRE-Roosevelt Classrooms and Computer Labs. This is a proprietary system that requires a certified Crestron Dealer to perform services on this system. Vendor will also perform annual inspections of the system and perform repairs on an as-needed basis. Chicago IL 60608 This will be a 3 year contract. Annual inspections are essential to ensure the safety and proper functioning of equipment, hardware, software installation, and identify the specific components that need replacement or repair. Vendor is to schedule all inspections prior to site visit. Vendors must inspect each component to ensure that all parts are operational and in good working condition. Inspections should occur on an annual basis (every 12 months). Below is a list of system components that will require inspection and/or maintenance. o EEXT4X4MA: This is an extender or matrix switcher. o 4X4Matrix Switcher o 9" Touchpad-3: Inspect the touchpad for any physical damage or malfunction. o 12-HDMI: Identify the type of HDMI cable connections speed by bandwidth. o Cables: Check all cables for wear, cuts, or loose connections. o IR Capture Devices: Examine the IR capture devicesfor any issues. Annual Inspection Fee: o Vendor will perform an annual inspection, which will be charged at a flat rate per visit. This fee ensures regular check-ups and preventive maintenance.
