The City of Saskatoon requires a landscaping Contractor to perform clean-up work and landscaping repairs as necessary to multiple construction contracts. This will allow the clean-up and repairs to be done in a timely. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2), one (1) year terms upon the following conditions being met: i. A pricing structure must be mutually agreed upon for the renewal period; ii. Supplier/Contractor must have provided acceptable goods/services levels as determined solely by the City of Saskatoon; iii. the goods/services are still required; iv. the goods/services are still required to be outsourced; v. budgetary funds must be available. The City also reserves the right to re-quote this requirement if there are substantive changes to quantities or the scope of the work.
