This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Adrian, Michigan. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

All bids shall be firm for the period beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025 unless a one-year extension period is agreed upon by the City of Adrian and the low bidder. Work is to consist of electrical required by the City of Adrian. Work may be performed at any of the city owned buildings and or properties. Work will consist of repairs and may be used for portions of large projects that are bid. The successful bidder must furnish the following for the entire term of the contract: Proof of Michigan Workers Compensation coverage Proof of General Liability Coverage Proof of Electrical License Must respond to request within 24 hours. The City will reimburse for a 1-person crew unless pre-approved by Director of requesting department. The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. The City of Adrian has a local preference policy.
