Site work and paving for a road / highway in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work of this project includes replacing the pavement adjacent to the tracks at the six intersections from 32nd Street to 50th Street in Minneapolis. During the summer of 2022, MnDOT resurfaced Hiawatha Avenue in both directions adjacent to the intersections included in this project. The City of Minneapolis also paved a few intersections west of our tracks, leaving several intersections in great shape on both sides of the right of way. This project would bring the pavement sections in our right-of-way up to the quality levels of the adjacent pavement sections. Scope of Work. CONTRACTOR shall complete the Work in the manner and within the time specified in the Contract Documents and furnish labor, materials, tools, appliances, and other items necessary or incidental to the Work required by or reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR shall be solely responsible for the means, methods, and techniques of construction, except for means, methods, or techniques expressly detailed on the Drawings or explicitly required by the Specifications.
