The contractor, being familiar with the requirements of the solicitation documents and project scope of work shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits, licensing, freight, and all other things necessary for completion of the project. All other work required to complete the project but not identified is considered inherent to the work. The contractor is responsible for compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards. The project shall include one new Netafim, three tower filtration systems, and the installation of one new settling vault on the pumphouse's east side. The City of Fruita has ordered the vault and will provide it for the selected contractor for installation.
