The Village of Estero owns approximately 70.12 acres of property east of US 41 and north of Corkscrew Road in Estero, Florida. The property is bounded by US 41 to the west, Corkscrew Road to the south, Seminole Gulf Railway property to the east and County Rd/Judith Lane to the north. The Estero River runs through the property. The property was purchased by the Village in 2019.
