West York Drive Reconstruction. The project includes reconstruction of W. York Drive (Cliffside Dr. to Crowley Rd.). More specifically, this project consists of water (1,020 LF of 8" PVC), sanitary sewer (925 LF of 8" PVC), and paving (30' wide 1,010' long Reinforced Concrete) improvements. A cashier's check or certified check on a Texas bank or thrift with FDIC insurance, or acceptable bidder's bond on a Surety authorized to operate in the State of Texas, payable to the Town of Edgecliff Village, in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the bid base submitted must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Bidder will, within ten (10) days after the receipt of Notice of Award, enter into a contract and execute bonds on the forms provided in the Contract Documents which include Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive any and/or all formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, the Town of Edgecliff reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids and waive any or all formalities.
