The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for mixers, parts and services mixers, parts and repair services supplemental for a five-year contract commencing on or about July 1, 2024, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. Pre-Offer conference is not required but is recommended. The City of Phoenix invites vendors to submit sealed bids for chemical mixing equipment, parts and services used in the treatment of water and wastewater, on an as-needed basis. The successful bidder must be able to work with the City to provide the Water Services Department with the repair, parts and services related to the Chemical Mixers that are key to the treatment of water and wastewater for the City of Phoenix. 1.2.
