The Vancouver Island Regional Library is inviting responses from qualified Contractors for janitorial services, for its Ladysmith branch located at #3-740 First Ave, Ladysmith, BC. All enquiries related to this Invitation to Quote are to be directed, in writing, to the following Department. Commencement Date of Contract May 1st 2024 As proof of attendance, at the site meeting Proponents MUST sign the mandatory attendance form. It is the responsibility of each Proponent to ensure they have signed the attendance form upon arrival. Quotations submitted by Proponents who have not attended the site meeting or failed to sign the attendance form will be rejected.
