Fill cracks in the existing parking lots, seal coat, and restriping parking lines. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be less than $25,000. Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to sandra.caswell@noaa.gov DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: A. The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), a part of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) of the Department of Commerce (DOC), is a governmental agency charged with the mission of stewardship for living marine resources. The NMFS Laboratory has a requirement for repair of existing parking lots as outlined below. B. The work includes but is not limited to filling cracks in the existing parking lots, seal coat, and restriping parking lines. This includes the main parking area that is approximately 2,340 square yards and includes a separate lot that is approximately 600 square yards. (See Appendix 2 for aerial view of description) C. The contractor shall be fully knowledgeable of all requirements of the contract documents and shall make themselves aware of all job site conditions that will affect their work. Contractor shall verify all dimensions and equipment prior to submitting quotation. D. Contractor shall be required to relocate, and/or move any obstacle preventing work from meeting all requirements within the contract documents. E. Remove and legally dispose of demolished materials off site. F.
