The Rural Municipality of Argyle No. 1 is accepting tenders for the 2024 gravel season. Loading, hauling and spreading approximately 10,000 yards of crushed gravel from 4 pits. Time will be of the essence and the Gravel Spreader should be available to commence the spreading of gravel midto late April to such time as specified by Council with weather pending. The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender at any time before the execution of the agreement by all parties without any liability against the Municipality. The selected contractor will be required to carry a minimum of $2,000,000 in liability insurance.
