**As of May 13, 2024 project has been awarded to Lantz Construction Company of Winchester, Inc. with the amount of $290,280.60. ** The City is seeking proposals for the construction and installation of new pickleball courts and to provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials required to provide the Services except as specified elsewhere in this document. The City expects all respondents respond to the entire bid manual. Any proposals received by the City that are not complete will not be considered Project awarded by the City April 11, 2024 Deadline to submit questions March 25 2024 by 4:00 p.m All complete bid submissions shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed as follows: PICKLEBALL COURTS". Said sealed envelopes shall bear the name and address of the bidder on the outside face of the envelope. Proposals shall not be withdrawn and shall remain in effect for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, except that the bids of any consenting bidder may, at the request of the City, be held for consideration for a longer period as may be agreed. The City of Martinsburg shall award the contract or reject all bids within sixty (60) days, unless there has been an agreed extension as set forth in the above paragraph. The City of Martinsburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive any informalities as may be deemed to be held in the best interest of the City of Martinsburg.
