Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arabi, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work: The Contractor is to furnish all equipment, labor and material to repair, resurface, cut out tree roots, and clean edges of track. Notes: 1) Daily testing to be provided by contractor and submitted at the end of each project. 2) A Labor and Material Payment Bond, Performance Bond and a Certificate of Liability Insurance must be submitted before the notice to proceed can be issued. 3) The attached GSICA Contractor Affidavit and Agreement and the Subcontractor Affidavit (if applicable) must be signed and notarized and attached to the bid package. 5) One year materials and workmanship warranty (warranty to begin upon acceptance by the City of Arabi). 6) Any and all subcontractors must be prior approved by the Town of Arabi. 7) It is the responsibility of the Bidder to verify the estimated quantities and to bid on the actual quantities needed to complete each project as described and depicted. 8) Bid will be lump sum.
