construction of the following project: SE Fir St Waterline Replacement The envelope or body of the email shall plainly identify (1) the Project name, (2) the Bidder name, and (3) the Bidders contractor's license number. To ensure your bid is accepted in its entirety, please combine all documents into a single pdf file attached to your email. Bidders shall be responsible for calling the City office at (541) 336-2247 before the proposal deadline to confirm the bid was received. Scanned documents attached to the email shall include the Bid Form (P-400) and all forms identified in Article 6.01 of the bid Form. A scanned copy of the fully executed bid bond is acceptable for bid submission. The work on this project is for public work. A brief description of the scope of work is provided below: SE Fir St Waterline Improvements: Furnish and install approximately 900 lineal feet of new treated water distribution piping consisting of approximately 800 lineal feet of new owner provided 12-inch HDPE waterline, and 40 lineal feet of new owner provided 6-inch HDPE pipe. Complete installation of the new facilities shall include, but not be limited to, all connections to existing waterlines, meters and services along designated waterline routes, complete testing and disinfection of new waterlines and facilities, as well as supplementary works such as: clearing and grubbing, valley gutter installation, backfill/trench excavation, grind and overlay consisting of 588 tons ACP, temporary traffic control, landscape restoration/clean up, abandonment of portions of the existing waterline and install all associated appurtenances related to waterline project and all work as identified within the Contract documents and as shown on the project Drawings. In addition, Placement of the new waterlines shall include a total overlay of roads impacted by the waterline construction and shall include all labor, equipment and materials necessary for placement of a 2-inch depth AC overlay and full depth dig-out of sections as specified in the Contract documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website or issuing Office.
