A brief description of the scope of work is provided below: SE Fir St Waterline Improvements: Furnish and install approximately 900 lineal feet of new treated water distribution piping consisting of approximately 800 lineal feet of new owner provided 12-inch HDPE waterline, and 40 lineal feet of new owner provided 6-inch HDPE pipe. Complete installation of the new facilities shall include, but not be limited to, all connections to existing waterlines, meters and services along designated waterline routes, complete testing and disinfection of new waterlines and facilities, as well as supplementary works such as: clearing and grubbing, valley gutter installation, backfill/trench excavation, grind and overlay consisting of 588 tons ACP, temporary traffic control, landscape restoration/clean up, abandonment of portions of the existing waterline and install all associated appurtenances related to waterline project and all work as identified within the Contract documents and as shown on the project Drawings. In addition, Placement of the new waterlines shall include a total overlay of roads impacted by the waterline construction and shall include all labor, equipment and materials necessary for placement of a 2-inch depth AC overlay and full depth dig-out of sections as specified in the Contract documents.
