Renovation of an educational facility in Leland, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The general project scope consists of the replacement of the existing fire alarm system at Belville Elementary School located in Leland, NC, with a new system equipped with voice evacuation. The project will consist of the removal of the existing fire alarm system once the new system is operational. Requirements for bidding this project are as follows: 1. All trades must be licensed by the State of North Carolina 2. Workman's Compensation Insurance 3. General Liability Insurance 4. 5% Bid Bond & 100% Performance Bond & 100% Payment Bond Question Deadline 03/25/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All RFI's shall be received on or before via email or letter. Any verbal responses or comments are non-binding and only written requests are contractual. BCS reserves the right to waive all informalities in bids, to accept any bid, or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all bids should it be deemed in its best interest to do so and allowed by General Statute. **Document Notes: Hard Copies of the plans and specifications can also be purchased from LL&J. The cost shall be based on LL&J's 2024 Printing Rates. No refund will be given for plans or specifications.
