Reference number : 1826207 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-03 OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the restoration of doors, windows, repairs to passageways and masonry, replacement of the exterior stair railing and other related work at the Valmont Habitations, located at 1790 to 1800 Rue de Salaberry, Montreal, QC, H3M 1K4 in the borough of Ahuntsic-Cartierville. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the repair of doors and windows, the repair of screens, the replacement of felts, the replacement of some insulated steel exit stair doors, including hardware. The replacement of some windows on the façade, and the balcony bottoms (passageways), as well as some civil engineering work in the rear courtyard. The work will be carried out in a 4-storey building with 56 housing units for families and individuals. During the work, the units will be occupied. Duration of work: 140 working days.
