Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Chichester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of July 25, 2024, project was awarded to Harvey Concrete but the awarded amount is not available. The Chichester Central School is seeking a proposal from qualified, interested parties to provide Concrete Services to repair ten sections of concrete sidewalk in the front and side of the school building. Location: Chichester Central School, 219 Main Street, Chichester, NH 03258 Work to be performed shall consist of the following: Removal and replacement of the old sidewalk: 1. Saw cut asphalt along existing curb face, to avoid damage to asphalt. 2. Cut out and remove approximately 1 ft on each side of the 10 damaged concrete sections, at a length of approximately 4 feet, and depth of approximately 4.5 inches. See attached photos. 3. Remove and dispose of debris off Chichester Central School property. 4. Repair any damage to asphalt. 5. Prepare and compact existing base material, including spreading and compacting new base material where needed. 6. Form, pour and finish the repaired section. 7. Sidewalk will be 4" thick, 4000 psi with fiber mesh reinforcement thickened with a double row of rebar along the edge abutting the parking lot. 8. Broom finish the repaired sections. 9. Seal the repaired area.
