PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Orlando VAMC Lake Nona campus is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, and supervision to expand the 3rd and 4th floor (vertical expansion) east side clinical space (building 1) at the Lake Nona Campus to address an increase in primary care workload. Approximately 13,786 square feet of clinical space will be constructed, and 3,861 square feet of existing space will be renovated. The 3rd and 4th floor interstitials will also be expanded to match the new clinical space footprint along with mechanical penthouse above at the Orlando VAMC Lake Nona campus. ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Invitation for Bid (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation.
