Reference Number 0000266658 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide as and when required professional services at 3CDSB Wainwright, Alberta for the following types of projects: Industrial, commercial, or residential type building renovations and new construction, Mechanical system upgrades, design, and new installations (e.g. HVAC, boilers, plumbing systems, sprinkler systems), Electrical system upgrades and new installations (e.g. lighting, power), Landscaping and minor civil design in support of renovation and new construction projects (e.g. building area landscaping, parking lots, site drainage, connection to existing site services), Structural assessment and design, Building envelope design and upgrade, Demolition projects, Roofing repairs and replacements, Building condition assessments. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The objective of this RFP is to select two (2) Consultants with the highest total score. The SL will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $400,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period and increased in the order of $400,000.00 one (1) time at any time during the term of the SL, and at DCCs sole discretion. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $20,000.00 and $80,000.00; the maximum value of a commission under the SL is $100,000.00.
