Description

Remodeling of an educational facility in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

Project includes the architectural remodel of Room 122 in the USU Technology building to create a space for the installation of two (2) new PacSim 737 flight simulators. New lighting, HVAC, fire and security systems, electrical, etc., will be required as part of the project. 1.) Project must be completed prior to July 1, 2024. 2) Bid Alternate #1 (deductive): Permitter Felt Acoustic Wall Baffle System. Provide total cost. 3) Bid Alternate #2 (deductive or selective) (A) LASER-CUT 1/8" THICK ALUMINUM - POWDERCOAT BLACK (Base Bid) or BID ALTERNATE (B) VINYL WALL PRINT in Black outline. Provide total cost for each system.
