The scope of this construction contract involves electrical and concrete work necessary to add pedestrian signals and ramps on the east side of the 95th and Skylane intersection. The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies and material associated with the 95th & Skylane Signal Modification project. The work generally includes the installation of a pedestrian crossing on the east side of the intersection of 95th Street and Skylane Drive and associated modifications to the existing traffic signal. The project consists of furnishing and installing new traffic signal posts and conduit, cables, sidewalk, pedestrian signal heads and pushbuttons at the intersection. The items to be installed under this contract include concrete, traffic signals, as well as other incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described herein. The project will also require the maintenance of existing traffic signal installations. Bid Bond 10% on-site work started before June 10, 2024 ; The work should be substantially complete by August 7, 2024. All work, including punchlist items, with this contract shall be completed by August 15, 2024 (Final Completion Date).
