Site work for a water / sewer project in Markham, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City is soliciting Bids for the routine and emergency water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure repairs associated with the water distribution, wastewater collection and stormwater collection systems within the City of Markham. The scope of work for routine and emergency water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure repairs include, but not limited to the following: The Contractor shall be responsible to provide all labour and equipment to repair or install infrastructure all accordance with the specifications and requirements in this Request for Tender. Routine repair (and/or replacements) of existing infrastructures Emergency Works (e.g. watermain breaks, sewermain breaks, sewage force main breaks, at-grade sewer appurtenance repairs, etc) Like-for-like replacements associated with the City's Life Cycle asset replacement program. Work will be within the City's municipal right of way, including roadways, boulevards, easements and associated municipal infrastructure. Temporary site restoration Permanent site restoration to restore all disturbed areas as required to existing or better conditions; The Work has been organized into 4 parts: PART A - Scheduled / Routine repairs PART B - Emergency works PART C - Operations Repairs PART D - Permanent Site Restoration works (Provisional) Question Deadline: Tue Apr 2, 2024 3:00 PM (EDT) Bid questions submitted through the Bidding System
