The Town of Zionsville Fire Department ("ZFD") is seeking an innovative firm with experience in evaluating existing fire department facilities and proposing long-term planning solutions future capital improvements related to fire protection. ZFD seeks to enter into a contract for professional services through a competitive RFP process to assist in effectively assessing its current and future needs related to new or modified fire stations through a Fire Station Feasibility and Facilities Study, locating ideal fire station locations, and asset deployment to meet standards for response time within the fire protection district. This is the first phase of a multi-step project that may include proposals for design services for future fire stations in a separate RFP process. Questions submitted after April 15, 2024 may not be answered by the Town in time for use and incorporation into a respondent's submittal.
