Maryland Department of State Police (MDSP) intends to provide a visually appealing campus for the public of all MSP facilities outlined in this proposal. Visually appealing entails uniformly cut grass, visually appealing mulch beds, trimmed hard surface boarders, and no excess grass trimmings in pedestrian and vehicle zones. It is the State's intention to obtain goods and services, as specified in this IFB, from a Contract between the selected Bidder and the State. Additional Instructions This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Only businesses that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, 14-501 --14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and that are certified by the Governor's Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs (GOSBA) Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract. Awarded vendor must be registered as a Current, Non-Expired SBR with the State of Maryland. Awarded vendor must be registered and in "Good Standing" with the State of Maryland.
