Bids are to be submitted in a price per ton including pulverizing and flaggers as needed, material must meet State of Wisconsin material specification for Township Roads. Finished product of 21/2 inches compacted. Township will provide a grader and operator to follow pulverizing, awarded company is responsible for finished grading prior to paving.
