ITB #24-24: 2024 PAVEMENT REPAIRS Questions Due Date: Mar 29th 2024, 5:00 PM PDT This contract provides for the improvements of streets within the City of Vancouver including pavement repairs, planing of roadways, paving of existing roads, minor utility adjustments, and temporary striping and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The contract work shall be fully complete within 25 working days from the Notice to Proceed. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
