It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish a contract to furnish and deliver and place three (3) electric Combi-Ovens units at three (3) individual schools. Carroll County Public Schools, herein called CCPS, is contracting for all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment, necessary to furnish, deliver, and put in place four (4) Rational Model ICC units only, *NO SUBSTITUTIONS*, in accordance with the attached terms, specifications, and general conditions. CCPS Maintenance to complete installation handling electrical, plumbing, start-up and disconnect, and removal of old equipment. Locations are as follows: Century High School, 355 Ronsdale Road, Eldersburg, MD 21784. Liberty High School, 5855 Bartholow Road, Sykesville, MD 21784. Westminster High School, 1225 Washington Road, Westminster, MD 21157. Time of Performance Delivery must be made by July 10, 2024 at each school location. Normal working hours are 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday thru Friday. The BOECC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received whenever such rejections or waivers are in the best interest of CCPS.
