PROJECT NO.: 2023.04 Work Description: South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority Town Hall Renovation (Office Interior Build Out) Project Number: 2023.04 All Bid packages shall be accompanied with the following: 1. Bid Security in an amount equal to not less than FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the Bid Amount. Bid Security shall be a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond (Money Orders or Letters of Credit will not be accepted) made payable to the SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA HUMAN SERVICES AUTHORITY. Bid Bond shall be accompanied with Power of Attorney. 2. Proposals must be submitted, Completed Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form. 3. If someone other than a corporate officer signs for the Bidder/Contractor, a copy of a corporate resolution or other signature authorization shall be required for submission of bid. Failure to include a copy of the appropriate signature authorization, if required, may result in the rejection of the bid unless bidder has complied with LA R.S. 38:2212(A)(1)(C) or LA R.S. 38:2212(0). Failure to include any item specified above, or failure to complete the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form in its entirety and properly execute this form will result in the Bid / Bids being declared irregular and cause for rejection as being non-responsive. Bids shall be accepted only from Contractors who are licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2164 for the classification of BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for at least forty-five (45) calendar days, except under the provision of La. R.S. 38:2214. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with La.
