Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Saint Pauls, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed project includes the abandonment of the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant and the construction of a new Wastewater Treatment Plant on an adjacent parcel of land. A new influent screen, grit removal, and influent pump station are proposed at the existing wastewater treatment plant site. The new WWTP includes a Field Erect Wastewater Treatment System with flow equalization, aeration, clarification and sludge holding. The new plant also includes tertiary disc filters, a chlorine contact basin and chemical feed equipment. A new lab building, maintenance building and electrical building are included to support these facilities Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
