Questions or inquires concerning the specifications, terms, and conditions of the requested proposal should be directed to the Tazewell County Finance Director or designee as named in the detailed specifications. If the nature and volume of inquires indicate a substantial defect in the aforesaid specifications, terms and conditions, the County will either issue an addenda, schedule an additional pre-bid conference, extend the time for submission of proposals, or reject all proposals and reissue corrected or appropriately modified specifications, terms, and conditions. All such addenda shall become a part of the specifications as if originally submitted. However, in no case will changes, additions, or deletions be made without receipt of either an addenda or change order from Mindy L.
