The purpose of this solicitation is to select a Company that can provide General Construction Services for Facilities small projects, including, but not limited to: pressure washing, carpentry work, minor plumbing, caulking, drywall repairs, window repair, minor masonry, carpet installation, ceiling tile installation and interior painting. The Appendix B - Bid Workbook represents the estimated one-year quantities and is to be used as a guideline and not a guarantee of work. These services will be scheduled on an as-needed basis and must be performed in a safe manner. The specifications requires that the Company performs these activities with skilled personnel in a safe and professional manner adhering to all JEA, City, County and State regulations and requirements. These specifications are not intended to supersede Federal, State, or local regulations to which the Company must comply. JEA intends to Award one (1) or more contracts for this purchase.
