The purpose of this solicitation is to select a Company that can provide General Construction Services for Facilities small projects, including, but not limited to: pressure washing, carpentry work, minor plumbing, caulking, drywall repairs, window repair, minor masonry, carpet installation, ceiling tile installation and interior painting. The Appendix B - Bid Workbook represents the estimated one-year quantities and is to be used as a guideline and not a guarantee of work. These services will be scheduled on an as-needed basis and must be performed in a safe manner. The specifications requires that the Company performs these activities with skilled personnel in a safe and professional manner adhering to all JEA, City, County and State regulations and requirements.
