Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Gaylord, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond naming the County of Sibley as obligee, certified check payable to the County Treasurer of the County of Sibley or a cash deposit equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the County in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. Each bid shall also be accompanied by an approved affirmative action certification. The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids will be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for opening bids. Payment for the work will be by check, upon a duly processed claim form. The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract to the best interest of the County.
