Whittier Middle School Modular Classrooms. Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 149, 44E(4), the City of Haverhill requests proposals from qualified DCAMM Certified Modular Construction contractors for the purchasing and installation of 7 modular units. All inquiries from prospective Respondents concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing and emailed to purchasing@cityofhaverhill.com. Inquiries must contain the wording RFP027.24 Request for Information in the subject line. Inquiries must be received no later than April 4, 2024, at 3:00 pm
