Reference Number 0000346037 The purpose of this bid is to secure labor and materials pricing for Utility Grade Boiler inspection, maintenance and repair services for the County of Rockland. Boilers are located at the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center, New City Government Center, Rockland Correctional Center and any other county facility on an as need basis. Additional Bidding Instructions Contractor shall submit an hourly rate for labor charges for inspection, maintenance and repair services. See bid form (proposal page 1) for description of hourly pricing. Contractor shall submit a % Mark-up to be added to contractors cost for materials and OEM boiler parts necessary for repair work. Percent mark-up shall not exceed 10%. There shall be no mark-up allowed for freight. Contractor shall submit a % Mark-up to be added to contractors cost for any authorized sub-contracted work. Percent mark-up shall not exceed 5%.
