No Bids Received , project was cancelled and will not rebid. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of: Upgrades to the existing small PWS serving a residential townhome development, including well pump removal and replacement, inspection and testing of the existing well, as well as hydro cleaning and sanitizing. The existing overflow termination ports of the storage tanks to be utilized and configured with a quick connect camlock fittings for auxiliary water delivery connection. The existing supply main prior to the water storage tanks to be reconfigured to include a filtration, UV disinfection system and a recirculation loop connecting the outlet of the storage tanks back thru the filtration and UV disinfection equipment. The recirculation loop will include a small in-line pump, timer controlled. Electrical outlet connections to be provided at the UV filtration equipment and the recirculating pump extending from the existing main distribution panel serving the water shed building. For the duration of the water well evaluation, pump replacement and filtration equipment installation the watersupply to the development should be maintained and replenished by an approved potable water tanker supplier in accordance with the EPA and MassDEP emergency drinking water supply regulations. The contractor shall be responsible for all water testing required and communicate with MassDEP, DWP, Western Regional Office for sample results and approvals prior to putting the system back in service. The site around the well head shall be kept clean and protected from debris and water erosion damage implementing E&S control plans. The work is estimated to cost $ 46,000.00
