Fire alarm system upgrades, including replacement of the existing fire alarm control panel and devices, with a new addressable system at Flag Rock Village (667-2) and Dewey Court (667-3). The Project Consists of: Fire Alarm System Upgrades, Including Replacement of the Existing Fire Alarm Control Panel and Devices, With a New Addressable System at Flag Rock Village (667-2) and Dewey Court (667-3). The Work is Estimated to Cost $274,762 General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the GREAT BARRINGTON HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. The Contractor and all subcontractors (collectively referred to as the Contractor) agree to strive to achieve minority and women workforce participation. The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. The Workforce benchmark percentages are a statutory requirement under MGL c All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 05/08/2025 at 5:00PM EDT for general bids.
