Replacement and installation of Cat 6 cabling at West Broadway Elementary School, 127 West Broadway St., Madisonville, KY 42431. This bid will also include cable trays, j hooks, some Panduit replacement, testing, termination, and removal of old cabling. Please provide as much line item specifics as possible, example: parts, labor, removing old cable etc. The Hopkins County Board of Education (HCBOE) reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the HCBOE. HCBOE also reserves the right to reject any bid where evidence or information submitted by the Bidder does not satisfy the HCBOE that the Bidder is qualified to carry out the requirements of the contract documents. Vendor Guidelines Vendors making proposals under this RFP shall be prepared to provide all equipment, materials, labor, and services, not specifically mentioned or shown, which may be necessary to complete or perfect all parts of any installation contract awarded. To this end, all vendors who present a proposal must meet the following guidelines: A. B. C. D. E. Bids resulting from this advertisement will be subject to all FCC, State of Kentucky, and Hopkins County Schools specifications and requirements. Written contracts including a detailed scope of work and project schedule will be required. Contracts shall be awarded to persons or entities submitting the best overall proposals as determined by Hopkins County Schools. Factors to be considered in awarding the contracts are determined by Hopkins County Schools with pricing/cost being the most weighted determining factor. Provider must provide any permits if required. Work must be completed when school is not in session. Vendor agrees to coordinate work schedule with Drew Taylor or Steven Vaught to avoid disruption of instruction. Bidding Award Matrix All bids will be evaluated against the following matrix.
