As of May 9, 2024, the project was awarded to GTA Co., Inc., with an awarded amount of $633,909.70 2024 Water Main Improvements - The work of this contract generally consists of the construction of new water main in the City of Melrose. Approximately 1,600 linear feet of 8-inch diameter ductile iron water main shall be installed on Sewall Woods Road and Maple Road. Additive Alternate A generally includes an additional 325 linear feet of 8-inch diameter ductile iron water main to be installed on Sewall Woods Road. All water mains shall be furnished and installed with associated valves, fittings, and hydrants. Temporary bypass piping shall be used during the construction of the water main where specified herein. Question Deadline 04/11/2024 at 4:00 PM ET.
