Gravel Pack Well Installation Service Drinking Water Wells All inquiries regarding the information contained in these Request for bids shall be directed to the Public Buildings/Special Projects Manager, Michael Ahern. All questions must be submitted via e-mail to mahern@mansfieldma.com and shall have the bid name and project number in the subject section. The deadline for questions will be 10:00AM on March 28, 2024. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK A. The Work includes labor, material and equipment, services required for construction, testing, and commissioning of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents and as more specifically described in the Specifications and Drawings and includes, but is not limited to, the following principal features. 1. Installation of two 36-inch by 24-inch gravel packed wells; pit less adapters; submersible turbine pumps; well development; performance pumping tests; water quality testing and associated process piping and valves. 2. and all materials, equipment, services, and construction inherent to the Work. B. Work Site locations: generally, as shown on the Drawings and located at 500 East Street, Mansfield, MA. 1. Site plan is attached is Attachment A
