Work includes, but not limited to: Prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials to expand and upgrade the Nurse Call System. IAW VAAR 836.204(f)(2) the Magnitude of Construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 This is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation In accordance with FAR 4.1102, all bidders are required to be registered and current in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of offer.
