This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (CEA FRANCOachat) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Snow Management & Sweeping Services
The Centre d'excellence en Approvisionnements FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Conseil des ecoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario, 2445 St-Laurent Boulevard, Ottawa, ON K1G 6C3 Hereinafter, the above-named school board is referred to as "Board" unless otherwise specified. The Intent of this RFQ is to obtain quotations from respondents to provide Snow Management & Sweeping Services on all snow-covered surfaces at all schools on the territory, according to snow-clearing plans updated January 2024, in accordance with all RFQ Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the "Agreement").
