Site work for a civil project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Harvest Green Lift Station No. 2 Generator Addition. For construction contracts $50,000 and over but less than $250,000, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashier's check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. Estimate: 190,000 Question Deadline 04/05/2024 at 10:00 AM CT The work includes construction of a new Natural Gas Engine Generator and weatherproof sound attenuated enclosure, an Automatic Transfer Switch, Natural Gas Line & Meter, Generator Slab, Underground Duct Bank, Conduit, relocation of existing manual transfer switch, modifications to the existing electrical service rack and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for the completely functional lift station. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) Calendar days from the date bids are open.
